Yehaaa, Summer is here, yehaaarrrrrgh...

Summer officially started this week.
Which means the weather is pretty the same as it has been for the last couple of weeks.

Our power bill is creeping up, due to the fact that the AC is on pretty much constantly.

A couple of weeks ago, I looked at the temp gauge.
It was 81F, 26C....
That was inside at 09:30 pm.

Shit, I still can't quite get used to the heat lingering for so long after dark.

Driving with the windows down does nothing other than increase the discomfort with friction.

We've had a couple of record breaking 100's during this spring, so it's shaping up to be a hot summer.

We spend a lot of time in the pools in our community.
Funny thing is, that the sun heats them up.
So, there is none of the initial shock getting into the pool, they're almost tepid.

Hannah is taking swimming lessons and doing really well.
The instructor suggests Hannah join the swim team if she keeps improving as she does.


















We got a floating thing for Leonard.
And it appears he really likes it.
We just got to keep from leaning forward and trying to drink it all.
Must be a Maguire trait to drink everything in front of you, hmmmm.
